Auto crash on Ibadan-Lagos expressway leaves one dead
An auto crash which occured along the Warewa Long Bridge end of the Lagos Ibadan Expressway has left one dead and four others wounded.

The accident reportedly involved a blue Toyota bus, with number plate, KTP 610 XA, a Honda CRV, with number plate, KJA 30 AE and a Toyota Jeep, with number plate EKY 685, Punch Metro reports.

Mr. Clement Oladele,the Corps Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps, Ogun State reports that the accident occured on Monday, September 28 at about 6pm which was caused by a careless driving.

Clement said:“The injured victims were taken to the Lagos State Emergency Centre at the toll gate area in Ojota, and the vehicles towed out of the road to free the traffic. The dead has been deposited in a mortuary."

FRSC has continually warned about safety precautions on the highways and by ways to reduce the number of

fatalities that occur on a daily basis.
