Dalung last week said the federal government is yet to pay Nigeria's female footballers because it did not expect the Super Falcons to win the just-concluded CAF African Women Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
Reacting to the statement, Omokri in a tweet wrote: “Let me ask you a honest question, if you had a poultry, would you hire Solomon Dalung as your poultry manager? Why yes or no? Honest answer.”
“Cameroon's Lionesses were celebrated, wined and dined and paid their dues, while Falcons were denigrated, used and dumped & owed their dues!
“Let's pay these girls their money. Or are we punishing the Super Falcons for having the audacity not to be be confined to the 'other rooms'!”
Omokri also slammed President Muhammadu Buhari asking if the Super Falcons are being punished for having the audacity not to be be confined to the 'other rooms'.
