Governor Emmanuel said that the investigation is going on, while assured his people that anybody found guilty of the incident would face the law.
This was disclosed on Saturday by Governor Emmanuel, during the state Christmas carol festival in Uyo, saying that his government valued the pains of the victim's families.
The Governor stated: “No calamity can separate us from the love of God. We remain the only state that is named after God Almighty and our faith in the Lord remains sacrosanct,”
The NIA (Nigerian Institution of Architects) have take further step over the incident by called for a rigid legislation that collects the catalog of every building, profiles of architect and consultant.
While Tonye Oliver Braide, the NIA president who lamented in an interview, about the rate of building collapse in the country.
He said there must be a responsibility reasons to attach the architect to the project.
On Sunday, December 18, the AMLSN (Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria) advices the Nigerian Federal Government to reinforce professional regulatory organization to permit them to fulfill their duties efficiently.
However, the AMLSN charged the COREN (Council of Registered Engineers) and other agencies, urged them not to handle the incident with easy hand.
