About 30 Ugandan Footballers & Fans Reportedly Drown In An Accident

Report from Uganda says that few people lost their lives when an overloaded boat carrying 45 people which included 30 football team members and 15 fans capsized yesterday on Lake Albert.

It also reports that the rescuers were only able to rescue 15 people alive while 30 others were believed to have drowned.

According to the region's police report, the boat became unbalanced when too many passengers rushed to one side during a storm, causing it to capsize.

As at now, 9 bodies of the victims have been found.
