Speaking before the Professional Businesswomen of California on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 in San Francisco; Mrs. Clinton went from the failed health care bill to the low representation of women in President Trump's cabinet to the perceived hostility towards immigrants, she however made no mention of the President's name throughout her speech.
Clinton called last week's failure of the GOP health care bill, "a victory for all Americans"; to the applause of the cheering crowd.
After keeping a low profile since last November's loss to Mr. Trump, she stated earlier this month that she intended to start speaking out again on public issues. This might as well be the beginning of that.
