The two suspects committed the offences on march 26,were they attacks two young ladies, take them to a nearby bush before raping them.
The parents of the victim's reported the case on March 29 to the state police command, while the case was later transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department.
At the court, the police prosecutor , D. Francis told the court that the two suspects overpowered the girls, tied their hands with a rope before raping them.
D. Francis said that their charges were criminal conspiracy and rape and it were against sections 97 and 283 in the Penal Code of Northern Nigeria
But Samaila and Mohammed pleaded not guilty of charges.
While the prosecutor explained that during police investigation the two suspects confessed of committing the crime .
After the explanation of the counsel, Yahaya Mohammed the Jos Upper Area Court Presiding judge denied their bail.
Judge Yahaya postponed the case till Aug 31.
