Arsene Wenger has been considered to be top of the list of potential replacements for outgoing Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane.
The news of the former Arsenal manager came following Zidane’s shocking announcement that he would be leaving the Santiago Bernabeu despite winning a third consecutive Champions League trophy.
According to Sun UK, the former Arsenal manager is most likely next to take over the reign from his fellow Frenchman.

“It is exciting now that I can be tested again. That’s what I want in my life. I am a competitor who want to be tested,” Wenger told Sun in an exclusive interview.
“I don’t know what will happen but I’m in front of an empty page and I have to write the next chapter,” the Frenchman went on.
However, outgoing Chelsea manager Antonio Conte could give Wenger a run for his money as he could also be a possible option to become the top boss at the Bernabeu.
Zidane unexpected departure comes in the wake of Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale also earlier hinting at a possible move out of Los Blancos.
