Ghana legend predicts the round African teams will be knocked out in Russia 2018 World Cup
Ex-Bayern Munich defence ace Samuel Osei Kuffour believes African team to the 2018 Fifa World cup in Russia will not get past the quarterfinals, according to reports.
Five countries Nigeria’s Super Eagles, Egypt’s Pharaoh’s, Tunisia’s Carthage Eagles and Morocco’s Atlas Lions and Senegal’s Terenga Lions will flag Africa’s flag during the month long football tournament at Russia.

However, the 41-year-old former Ghana international who was a prominent member of the Bayern Munich side that claimed the prestigious UEFA Champions League in 2000–01 season, insists soccer fans across the continent should not be over expectant, as he does not see any of the five get to the semi-finals at the 2018 Fifa World Cup.
“The quarter-finals will be a good level to reach because frankly, I don’t think there is enough in the teams heading to Russia from Africa to hope for a semi-final place,” Kuffor was quoted as saying during an interview with KweséESPN.
