What nPDP top member says about faction leaving APC
– Members of the new Peoples Democratic Party (nPDP) a faction of the All Progressives Party (APC) have said that they will not pull out of the ruling party
– A top member of the nPDP, Prince Benjamin Apugo, spearheaded this position, being a member of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the APC
– However, Apugo said that the faction will meet with President Muhammadu Buhari on issues of marginalisation faced by its members
Prince Benjamin Apugo, a member of the new Peoples Democratic Party (nPDP) who became member of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has promised the ruling party that their resolve to halt talks with the presidency will not bring about them leaving the political group, Daily Trust reports.

Apugo said this in Umuahia, Abia state capital on Sunday, June 10 in his address to newsmen. The stalwart dismissed claim that the APC will disintegrate, adding that members of the nPDP only need to compose themselves and meet with President Muhammadu Buhari in respect to alleged marginalisation.
